Sampling Policy

At Associated Natural Stone India (P) Ltd, India, we have many experiences during journey of our 10 years. We invest lots of money in free sampling and courier cost but the final result was zero. Most of the times, we didn’t receive any feedback from the parties about approval or dis-approval of our samples, prices etc which was very disappointing and discouragement on our part. 

Then we decided to change our sampling policy and We decided to charge the customers for samples (if the product cost is very high) and courier cost. If products are not very expensive, then we charging only courier cost or send the samples through customers’ desired courier or from their account on “to-pay” basis. Results were miraculous. We immediately start getting quick responses from the customers and in most of the cases inquiries turns into business. We are now very happy with the said sample policy.

However, we have amended the above policy to serve better to our esteemed customers. Now we are charging for samples (if the product is very expensive) plus courier cost or only courier cost if the products are not very expensive, but we shall remiburssee the aforesaid samples and courier cost to our esteemed customers once they place their order with us so that our customers should not suffer for initial samples and courier cost.

Now this new amended policy works out very nicely and most of the inquiries turn into business and we and our customers are happy with aforesaid amended sample policy.

At Associated Natural Stone India (P) Ltd, India We have also standardized business practice (SBP) for benefit our valued customers. As general business practice, we first get approved price and terms from the clients, then get approved our standard specifications and method of analysis (MOA) of the products so that quality wise there should not be any problem later on. Once price, terms, standard specifications and MOA get approved by our clients, then we send samples through couriers as per our sampling policy to our clients, if they desired, and on approval of the same business would be successfully concluded as per mutually agreed terms and conditions. Then we request the clients to have “third party” inspection of the consignment at the port and get approved the entire consignment by quality, weighment, packing, sealing etc. On approval of the consignment in all respects we immediately proceed for shipments to our clients. All these leads to very successful business deal which are in interest of our clients.
